For Pre-Registration, please fill out the form below, and press “submit.”  This will be sent directly to our Meet Director, Darlene LoCascio.  Then, please mail $100 non-refundable deposit to:

Include your Team Name, Contact Name and phone number with payment.

Please make checks out to BIG Booster Club.  This deposit will secure your team’s pre-registration, and the $100 will be applied to meet fees.  If registration is not completed by the deadline, or if you cancel your registration, this $100 will not be refunded.

 

 

To complete your registration, we will need to provide a team roster for the meet.  This roster MUST INCLUDE the following:

The roster also MUST INCLUDE the following for each gymnast participating:

You may submit the team roster by mail, with your fee payment, (must be received by December 16, 2009), or you may submit the team roster electronically.   If you choose to submit electronically, you may use

OUR REGISTRATION FORM or you may use your own roster, as long as all of the above information is included.  In either case, please print THIS FORM and fill out with your fee calculations, and include with your mailed payment.

Electronically submitted team rosters may be emailed directly to our  Meet Director, Darlene LoCascio at bigmeet@comcast.net or you can submit the document (once completed and saved to your hard drive) by browsing for the file and submitting here:

Checks may be made payable to the BBC (BIG Booster Club).

 

In the event we cannot accommodate all who wish to participate, we will take registrants on a first come, first serve basis.  All gymnasts who cannot be scheduled into the program due to session limitations will be promptly notified and their fees refunded.

                    

Meet Fees:

$80 each Compulsory Gymnast

$90 each Optional Gymnast

$40 each Team Entry

 

No withdrawals of any kind will be processed after February 13th, 2010.  Withdrawals must be made in writing or via email to Meet Director, Darlene LoCascio.
